What Is KeyXL?
KeyXL is a database containing keyboard shortcuts for functions within popular software such as Microsoft, Adobe, Email programs, web browser and others tools which has keyboard shortcuts hardcoded. It collects and list all the keyboard shortcuts with all its functions description so that you may easily and quickly punch in the desired keyboard shortcuts in your daily work. If you ardent believer of mouse clicks and don’t bother doing certain fingers combo keyboard press, this is not worth your time.
Using keyboard shortcuts during work gives you the edge when doing repetitive or when you are rushing for a report or project using any of the software tools listed. Imagine sending out important email at lighting speed by using Alt+S keyboard shortcut. KeyXL is simple to use as shown.
How to Find Keyboard Shortcuts in KeyXL
Key in the software you are using e.g. Microsoft, check All if you are unsure and hit the GO button. KeyXL will list out all the applications with keyboard shortcuts available in matters of second. Click on the desired hyperlink e.g. Microsoft Excel 2007 and it will list out all the keyboard shortcuts and its function when invoke.

As you may notice, KeyXL does not have all the software keyboard shortcuts that you may have come across. It is recommended that a drop by Wikipedia keyboard shortcuts page for more detailed overview of findings keyboard shortcuts for any software. You may also submit to KeyXL your list of keyboard shortcuts for that any application that you may have or use and it helps other people who use the same software.
