When you maximize a window, it will no longer fit the entire screen, but only the section it was set to maximized into. Maxto allows user to change/remove and save all preferred multiple sections setting and load them according to needs. MaxTo user will not need to resize each window manually to make it fit onto monitor. MaxTo is light-weight, and works on both 64-bit and 32-bit versions of Windows XP and Windows Vista. This window splitter needs .NET framework version 2.0 or higher although for Windows Vista it is already pre-installed.
