How To Create A Windows 7 Bootable USB Pendrive
- Insert a 4GB or more USB pendrive.(Win7 installation files is approximately 3GB) Do check the USB pendrive for any errors before proceed.
- Go Start>Run and type in cmd and click OK.
- At Type diskpart and hit ENTER
- Type list disk, hit ENTER and identify the disk number for the USB pendrive.***WARNING: Make sure USB pendrive’s disk number is identified correctly or else will format the wrong drive and there is no undo. Normally your USB pendrive will be disk 1 if you have only one hard drive.***
- Type select disk 1 and hit ENTER
- Type clean and hit ENTER
- Type create partition primary and hit ENTER
- Type select partition 1 and hit ENTER

- Type format fs=fat32 and hit ENTER
- Type assign and hit ENTER
- Type exit and hit ENTER
- Insert the Win7 installation disc and copy everything to the USB pendrive.
- Boot up your computer with USB pendrive. Go into your BIOS and make sure it is set to boot from flash devices. Done correctly and Win7 installation should load from USB pendrive.
- Copy over other software such as as device drivers, Firefox, Foxit Reader, CCleaner, Avast antivirus, ZoneAlarm or any desired software over to the USB pendrive
