Free HTC Video Converters : HTC Touch HD video converter 1.2
This Free HTC Video Converters also suitable to use for Touch HD, Xperia, Diamond and Touch Pro.
Any device with MSM720x chipset should work fine, just make sure to choose the right resolution.
Step by steps :
1. Unzip the RAR files
2. Run Encoder.exe
3. Select the videos you would like to encode and the output folder, click ‘Start’. IYou can tweak the options, but the pre-set options will produce fairly good video for the most Winmo devices mentioned above.
4.just copy the encoded video to your device/ SD card.
*If source videos are SD pls set the default 600 kbit/s or 500kbit/s.
If source videos are HD (1080p/720p), pls set to 750kbit/s.
Don’t use higher bitrate, because the quality won’t be better but drain more battery!
Lastly , for resolution lower than WVGA , you can apply lower bitrate. The approximate formula is (YourWidth*YourHeight)/(800*480)*bitrate. So as example for QVGA you would use 4x less bitrate.
