I have not been able to stop the counters from incrementing.   They did zero out when reset but soon after that they started going up.  I also still see a the router address and data ip-address for my iphone on my providers information in the Celular Wan Addresses and as long as that is present, wouldn’t data still be transferred.  Ultimately, if nothing shows up on my bill at the end of the month, that would the ultimate proof.
