As we know that during the CES 2011 Google’s new OS Android 3.0 got huge round of applause because of its awesome UI and features. According to Google, Honeycomb is only meant for tablets. Today Google has unleashed an Android 3.0 Honeycomb platform preview, which reflects the lists some of the major changes which will add to this new version of platform.
Considering the major part of this platform, the User Interface (UI) has been developed to ground the OS. On the other hand, the highly esteemed and cherished ‘Notification bar’ has been re-defined to ‘System bar’and is placed at the bottom of the screen.

Now moving onto the internal support like the Browser, Gallery, Email and Camera have been restructured to sport some new features. Now is something which will help these applications to take full advantage of the bigger screen. In addition, the developers have also improved the keyboard, text selection, and copy-paste method as well.
Android 3.0 will also spot the 2D graphics will be hardware accelerated. Indeed, this will not just help in improving our system performance but will also help the developers to come up with better graphics boosted applications.
